Congratulations to Doug for competing at that Kent Open Jiu Jitsu Comp on 15th Nov and even though he was suffering from the flu managed to win a silver medal in his catagory. Good work Doug.

Congratulations to Andy Elliot who won his second MMA fight on the 20th September. Andy dominated the fight with his multiple hand strikes and his opponent didn't want to come out for the second round ! Well done Andy.

Well done to the eight students, Dave, Anne, Dan, Dave, Steve, Clive, Peter and liam for passing the level one grading. All put in a great effort and preformed well. Thanks also to Sifu Doug Creed and Instructor Andy Elliot for the excellent training they gave their students.

Doug wins bronze at the grapplers showdown, Doug showed some great ground fighting skills at this event.
Steve completes City and Guild course in 'Delivery of Conflict Management'
Andy's Faversham class is on Sundays from now on, between 3-4pm.
Doug competes at Essex Open Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition and wins a silver medal showing good grappling skills along with other Carlson Gracie Team members who also received medals.

Steve completed a course and is awarded City and Guilds teaching qualification from Mid Kent College.

The D.A.R.T course held in Maidstone this month was a great success and a second course in October has already been booked. We had great feedback from those taking part' who were all experienced in the Security Industry.

Andy Elliott opened a class in Herne Bay. Andy has been a dedicated student and assistant instructor who has shown a natural aptitude for teaching and sharing his enthusiasm. The Herne Bay class is doing well and increasing in numbers as news of it spreads.

Peter Fletcher and Jacqui Holmes passed their 2nd level grading. This is a very challenging grading requiring skill, fitness and strength of character through sparring, chi sau, combinations, forms and more! Well done Jacqui and Pete you both worked very hard - well deserved!!
